We try hard to ensure that our websites are accurate and up-to-date. We may sometimes make mistakes and can’t guarantee the accuracy of the information on our websites or that you’ll always be able to access it. We don’t accept liability for errors or omissions or for any reliance you place on the information on our websites.
You agree to use our websites lawfully and ethically. In particular, you agree to not use our website in connection with:

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Chabad of Greenwich & Docklands reserves the right to cancel an event at any time or to refuse/cancel registrations. If Chabad of Greenwich & Docklands refuses a registration or cancels a paid event, registrants will be offered a refund.
If the registrant would like to request a refund, unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for an individual ticket is three business days (72 hours) before the event. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
These above policies apply to all Chabad of Greenwich & Docklands events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Pricing
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalogue may be mispriced. By completing and submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. We will verify pricing when processing your order. Should a product’s correct price be higher than the price listed on our website, we may contact you before dispatch and cancel your order.
Payment
Payment is done through stripe or paypal, if available.
We collect contact information necessary for completing transactions. This information gets processed via highly encrypted pages (SSL). Under no circumstances is this information shared with anyone. We do not store credit card information.
Security
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
How we use cookies

Donations and gift aid
If you use our website to donate, you may be able to take advantage of the United Kingdom’s gift aid scheme.
