Handmade Shmurah Matza

Each box contains one portion of Shmura Matza.
Ingredients: Flour, water
The wheat used for this Matza has been watched from the moment of harvest so that it would not come into contact with water. The flour was mixed with water, hand rolled and baked in less time than it would take for the dough to rise.
